I used the complaint form to submit a request now and received a response by saying this has been submitted to SkyMiles Department today. Please wait for 7 to 14 days. I will follow up later to see if they eventually credit (or not).
It's possible they messed something up with changes in 2024 (now that MQMs don't exist). When I applied GUCs on a DTW-MUC-DTW trip last year, the outbound flight was not exchanged into OK and I received full MQDs/MQMs with 50% MQM bonus. The return flight was exchanged into OK after IROPs and did not get 50% MQM bonus, but at least got base MQMs and full MQDs.
