FRA you get access to the Priority Lounge, its a 3rd party lounge.
You may also get into the JAL lounge.
At FCO its the Prima Vista 3rd party lounge, you may also get access to the ba lounge.
I say may, you probably will but if their own flights are leaving there may be capacity issues and their own pax will get priority.
Cmb qatar use the Araliya lounge so for sure access to that. You may also have access to a Sri lankan lounge.

hi, we're flying qatar business class from CMB to LHR via DOH. I see that they offer the Araliya third party lounge but would we be granted access to the Sri Lankan Serendib lounge (as business class customers of a oneworld airline)? I've read about lounge invitations being something 'enforced' - does anybody have first hand experience of this?
