yeah I'm just pointing out that it's incorrect to suggest the only path to these lounges is through the CSR

I trust all my authorized users, but like to keep the credit cards separate. However, one family member is based in NYC, so I would gladly give them the actual actual Ritz credit card so they could access the LGA and upcoming JFK Sapphire Lounge.
