AF billed last week on Alaska personal. Called twice - no offers, they can't even tell when the last day was to get full refund. Closed card yesterday
Today I see the $95 reversed but don't see any mention of card closed on app or website. I can still add offers to card. Is this normal for BoA? It was my first card for them and I'm used to seeing card closed indication on the account on other issuers.
