Just a follow up on this. I had checked last Friday and I still was being offered P2 transfers only for a fee. I saw @tling's post today so I decided to check again and P2 is now fee free transfers. I put through 1,000 points as a test, but the confirmation email shows no fee, so I think we are good to go. Finally!
