Since a year ending Sep 8th 2024 meets that criteria, it would fall under the "no change". Yes, strictly speaking, the mechanism of renewal is different from the length of status awarded, however, my reading is
nothing is changing for those people. A shortening of your
current Tier status would most certainly be a change.
Let me turn the question around - what information is there to suggest that such an expiry date, previously October 31st 2025 would be shortened to April 30th 2025?
