Ok, So I am confused about this. I just accepted a retention offer Feb 2nd (AF posted jan 29th) If AMEX will not give a retention offer untill 13 months after, then how do people get retentions every year, since the AF will post around 12 months later again and you have 30 days for a refund? What is the correct timing for applying for retention next year?
