I can see where your coming from but I distinctly remember when Nicci was around, for those here who don't know she was an official BA Rep years ago (and a great one at that!), and a handful of FTr's would contact her with excessive messages and routinely so much so that it was posted she could sort things as a last resort and not a first point of contact but dropping a PM can maybe speed things along (assuming all other avenues have been tried as I posted and you too)
