Nicci is a tremendous asset to both BA and our little community here. We should be mindful though that Nicci's interaction with us lot represents one project amongst many other duties she performs at Waterside and much of what she does for us she does in her own private time. Her dedication to the job and devotion to her customers is truly inspiring.

So before we hit the PM button, we should perhaps give some thought as to whether our individual issues are so urgent that they cannot be sorted out via BA's regular channels (web support and/or customer relations for example); let's not forget the answers to many of our questions may be waiting for us on ba.com or in the dashboard here on FT. There is a multitude of resources available at our fingertips. I raise this, as Nicci's true talent is her ability to resolve our complex BAEC related issues are not otherwise able to be resolved speedily through the normal channels.
