But 11F will look at the FA during takeoff & landing (and may have to play footsie, depending on their leg length.) 11F is guaranteed to not have underseat storage (due to the FA jumpseat,) and 11E will likely not have underseat storage, because the FA likes to stow their bag there, though I have seen some put their bag behind them, under 9F.

When alone, I will only consider 11D on row 11, but I usually default to 24F. (Depends on how soon I need/want to deplane.)
