I transferred points to my Aeroplan account from AMEX and they show when I look at family sharing, but when I look at my account, it doesn't show under activity and they aren't available to use. I transferred points the other day and many other times and they were available and appeared immediately. Anyone have any ideas what may be going on? Calling is useless as they keep saying they can't connect me due to call volume. Thanks!
When you say they showed up in family sharing, what do you mean? Did your personal total AP miles increase?
