Also an unscientific personal observation is that among TA flights, BA tends to keep cabins warmer (and uncomfortable for me to sleep) and AA tends to have cooler cabins. If you're like me, I like to use a blanket to try and sleep. While in BA, I've often found myself too hot to use a blanket.
