As an aside, I LOVE Asian noodle dishes. I could eat good chow mein every week.
I like to mix up "noodle" dishes. Try new combinations... You never know what you find and like. Classics are good too, but as they say. Variety is the spice of life. Just some combos don't work well together. Cheese and rice noodles for example.
