I am trying to refer a coworker to open a Bonvoy account through the referral program where he and I would each get extra points for his first 5 stays. I have tried several times and he never gets the email. It’s not in his spam and he’s not already a member. I called customer service to see if they could do it over the phone and they said no. Any suggestions?
