Years ago, a person posted on his site a request for him to review coach/economy seats. How, for the aspirational points accumulator, is a review of punishing coach seats in any way relevant? I would have to say the guy has a very sound focus on his audience. Why waste time and effort doing anything else? He may post misleading and often naive commentary on the airline or airport industry, but again, are general managers and CEOs of airports or senior managers in route planning in customers?
