Hi. We actually flew from Kuala Lumpur (not Singapore), so we booked the KUL-MNL flight using BA avios flying Malaysia Airlines and then a separate Philippine Airlines flight from Manila to Cebu. We were supposed to have more than enough time to transfer in Manila but the delayed MH flight made the connection really tight.
