It's just like last year's version of MTM. They've set up a system that is fine if it works as intended. And when it doesn't work as intended, which is more often than it should be, they make it almost impossible to rectify.
Jetblue customer service reply is that "its dynamic pricing" and that the more you call in to check on how much it costs the more it will influence the cost. Yeah that seems just fully made up. But its useless trying to get them to understand that. They just keep saying its dynamic so no one will ever know the answer to how much it really should cost. Called back and new rep said 2 certificates, but he couldn't apply them so I would have to try again later. Im sure when I call back it will be back to 3-4 certs.
