None of these airports have a Qatar paid business class only lounge.

FRA you get access to the Priority Lounge, its a 3rd party lounge.

You may also get into the JAL lounge.

At FCO its the Prima Vista 3rd party lounge, you may also get access to the ba lounge.

I say may, you probably will but if their own flights are leaving there may be capacity issues and their own pax will get priority.

Cmb qatar use the Araliya lounge so for sure access to that. You may also have access to a Sri lankan lounge.

Sorry but i am do not know if you need vouchers for the 3rd party lounges QR use.
