Yeah 31 has more or less the same recline as others, it might be 1/2 inch less maybe if you're nitpicking.

The window seat isn't flush to the fuselage so you wouldn't be able to sleep against it as you can on other aircraft, there is a nice little bit of floor space to the side though which is handy for storing things (as well as the space behind the seats).

I've chosen these over MCE before where Row 10 MCE isn't available, they're the second best Y seats on the 788 after 10A/L imo.
