No, i have never had access issues with P class at oustations. You have the same lounge access to the same lounges you have access to if flying QR economy with status.

any airport where QR does not have its own lounges you will be in the same lounge as everyone else.

this is only a problem at airports where QR has its own lounges.

the only issue at an outstation is you may need a voucher. That is not a P Class fare issue. That would also be true of anyone flying on a business ticket that includes lounge access, or Y with status.
oh, and you get no warning you need a voucher. Qr and ba use the same 3rd party non schengen lounge at waw. With ba i do not need a voucher, with qr I do.
