Think of it like this, your ticket does not allow lounge access but your FF status does. Just not necessarily to the same room as business passengers.
Even so, yes at some airports it may well be the same lounge, but not always. Also at some airports there may only be contract lounges rather than dedicated oneworld airline operated lounges, so you may need to ask them at check in to give you an invitation rather than just turn up at the door, as QR will be paying the operator.
