I am currently booked in a Standard Suite at the Grand Hyatt Athens: we booked a standard room and used a suite upgrade certificate.

Is there a way to pay for the difference (3k points per night..?) to upgrade to a Premium Suite (which is available as per the site)?

I asked the World of Hyatt online chat, and he advised to email/call the property... Is it even worth the trouble?
