Experience of December 18th, LH F:Check-in agent in EWR asked to accompany us as PA through security.However, his only destination was the SAS lounge. He could not/was not allowed to take us to United Polaris and there is no transfer from there. So either take the bus or sit in the SAS lounge from 3 hours in advance.
