I mean only you can decide what it's really worth. Obviously, bidding a bit above the minimum will help. You'll be ahead of others who only bid the 75.
If the 10 bucks swings the numbers too much for you then roll the dice at 75. Personally for essentially 1 extra dollar an hour I'd find the comfort and privacy to be worth it.
