Alle Testiere surely does rank (with me) as one of the greatest seafood restaurants in the world. This is a definite "don't miss" when you are in VCE. Reservations are absolutely essential as they are not open for lunch, have only about 8 tables and only 2 dinner seatings (I believe 7:00PM and 9:30 PM)
