Tipping isn’t mandatory, I mentioned it because the facility is there, not saying you must use it.
The driver should add the tolls at the end of the ride.
Price depends on where you start, availability of cars (like Uber) etc. It could be 300 or it could be 600 up. At this very moment for a trip from Paragon to BKK it says 478 then tolls will be added. From Emspere 471.
