So awesome that you guys are refunding points off the promo mistake rate. I saw Thrifty Traveler's article this morning about you guys reversing points transfers to Capital One, AmEx, etc. I've had several friends call in, since the article was posted, who were told that information wasn't official and were told no, this isn't happening, even speaking to supervisors. I am assuming it will take a few days for a process to be put in place. How long should they wait to call in to get this taken care of? Thanks
