Do you have suggested wording that will make customer service's life easier? Ie:
" hello, i transfered W points from Z Bank to flyingblue on 12/15/23 to book record locator XXXX and record locator YYYY for a mistake promo fair that was canceled . I am reaching out to request the points be transferred back to Z bank"
