Dearest Comrade C, your little scenario is too narrow. What if the buyer in this instance gets to make the rules on both ends of the deal? Sound familiar? Nobody on here has yet to justify how airlines get to shrug and say oops when they make a mistake, but when you make the mistake, that will be XXX amount of money to fix. Do you not think the industry has lobbied with backroom handshakes to make it as anti consumer friendly possible? Do you think the current rules are consumer friendly. There is only one correct answer here.
