Deluxe Suites (or any other to my knowledge) at this property do not automatically include breakfast unless you book a rate that specifically includes breakfast (i.e. "Bed and Breakfast" rate). This has nothing to do with being Explorist or Discoverist, neither of which include breakfast as a benefit.
In terms of "what to expect" I'd say expect to pay for breakfast, if not Globalist and staying on points (which doesn't offer a way to book a breakfast rate)
