Second, if you think that your phone call between you and whoever you are talking to in order to get your card released is not notating that card with your information, then let me introduce you to the Brooklyn Bridge and how little it will cost you to purchase it

If you have to give USB your personal info to unblock your card, and USB sees that a $500 debit was attempted at WM, even USB can put 2+2 together.
I am not here to disuade peoples from doing MSing, just letting them know some of the perils. Here is a consequence we talked about before. It's worth a read.
Are you banned at Wal-Mart?
Some of them pay their mortgages, etc. with those MOs. They mail them to the company. Anybody rolling up to Walmart buying 20K in MOs per week is asking for a ban. If you are nice and you don't look like a criminal, they will leave you alone. There is one lady out of all the CSRs I go to who is up on the game. They do not ask for your personal info if the card is not registered, just, the last 8 numbers on the back of the card. They know they are having a problem at Walmart. I know you are trying to be helpful, but, my Amex Gold gives 4 points at grocery stores (Kroger). How should I and the others who have to get the USBs at Kroger get the MO at Walmart? That sir/madam is the question.
