It's definitely not a couple of RJ's sitting on the ground. Currently DL runs 2x daily AUS-RDU and 1x daily AUS-CVG on CR9s.

They're going to 3x daily AUS-BNA, AUS-MFE, AUS-MAF and an additional frequency each on AUS-CVG and AUS-RDU.

If anything, they may have needed to up the CVG/RDU frequencies to flow aircraft to AUS for this expansion.
