Sure, they should remember and not make assumptions, but people make mistakes. If they became belligerent or didn't want to offer the correct choices based on brand, that's a different story, but I would escalate to a manager first before demanding $100 in cash.
Agreed. I checked-in last night and the FDA forgot to mention my welcome gift choice and elite benefits. No big deal. I just stopped by the front desk later to verify.
