I actually liked T4 once I figured out the best way to access it. I would stay in the community of Feltham, which has trains every 30 minutes to Clapham Junction and Waterloo, and a direct bus line from Feltham Station to T4 (only took between 7-10 minutes). It was pretty easy to check-in with Delta and clear security there, and I liked the Holideck (SkyTeam) lounge; always had great breakfast buffets and excellent adult beverages. No endless walks like in T3.
