Correct. It should say "prio security" or similar on your boarding pass. Failing that, there'll be an airline or alliance specific code represeting your status ("aeroplan 35k" or "AC*S" kind of thing). But in most cases their barcode-scanner will go bleep-bloop and they'll tell you which line to get in.
