Just following up with a 11th agent I've talked with, this was via chat:Hey Merlyn, I need more clarifying information about the 20 tile Pick Your Perk option that says it will expire on 12/31/23 but also says I can extend this perk through 12/31/24. Thank you for your inquiry, that is not an option. Perks selected based on earnings for this period are extendable only if selected in 2023 .
Ok, so can you tell me more about that then? If I were to select the pick your perk today for the 20 tiles does that mean I would receive 20 tiles now or later? Or does it mean I can select the option now but have the perk for use in 2024?
You would receive the tiles immediately , the status will remain until 12/31/2023

I'm now hearing that JB agents are going through "end of the year training" (this source went through training on Tuesday, 12/5/2023) and with this training you ARE able to carry this perk over from one year to the next! The source seems credible but I personally cannot verify it at this point. I'm going back to agents now to see if I can verify any of this information.
