It is in the minatomirai area with the shin-takashima station an 8 min walk away

PS Will have an executive lounge but no swimming pool
Stayed there in early October. Very nice hotel and cheap, but it's not really in Tokyo. It's an hour or so away. The cab ride to the parts of Tokyo you want to see is around $150. Get a hotel in Shinjuku. Easy and cheap to get everywhere by subway and won't waste hours traveling.
