Are flight cancellation fees are waived for Super Elite members on cash-paid tickets, or only Aeroplan redemptions? I thought it was only the latter, based on the phrasing of "Complimentary changes and cancellations with Aeroplan flight rewards. Book with peace of mind. These fee waivers apply to flight rewards redeemed from your own account" in the described SE benefits, but a call centre agent told me that ANY booking, cash or points, has cancellation fees waived until 2h before the flight for SE members. A different call centre agent, of course, told me that's not the case, and cancellation fees are determined by your booking class parameters, just like any other non-SE member.
