I successfully bought GCs (Using Hyatt Biz) and then after receiving them went to book a couple of nights, also using their current BD promo. Found a place, went to buy and successfully used the promo and then the two GC codes. Easy. Booked and (no, didn’t screen shot the confirmation - why expect trouble?) everything seemed cool.

But no email confirmation, even hours later.
Went to the MMS site and it says I have no upcoming stays. Grrr.
Waited another 12h, just in case. Nothing happens. Well OK.

Go to rebook and - the GCs show as used/invalid now.

Trying to reach MMS has been impossible. No email on their website. Can’t reach any of their posted phone numbers (I’m out of the US in Australia ATM) since they won’t go through on my phone and their Twitter and FB pages don’t allow for messages. Anyone got any ideas?
