I've been shut down. The bank did not handle it well.

I received no email or other notice. I tried using the app, but my accounts were gone. I contacted customer service and was told that the accounts were closed, no appeal. I was also told that a check with the funds would be sent to me within 14 days. Still no official notice from One Account.

How long does it take to get the email notifying you of closure? How long does it take to actually get the money?
