As written in the post you quoted: “… many people, myself included, on the day they received their Bilt card, received an email and text notification of a quasi-SUB as per the middle of my post #332 on this thread.”

There are no reports of Bilt cards being received by FedEx/UPS. One person’s Bilt card shipping method and packaging which presumably are standard are described in detail, including photos, in post #332 of this thread.

Other recent posts on this thread corroborate your experience, it could be that the quasi-SUB (5X offer) has ended, either temporarily or permanently.
