I took a peek at row 11 last month while flying DEN-FRA in row 9. Its not very spacious. Row 27 is sold as extra leg room. And yes, if there is an infant seat booked they will be in row 11. Bassinet seats need to be reserved (and paid for) in advance so its unlikely to be your seat.
