You make a good point tgtg, and one which I've been meaning to make with Cholula.

Cholula (the sauce) does improve the taste of SPAM. Well, most anything does, but Cholula is especially useful in this regard. I spend a lot of time on Guam, where they eat more SPAM per capita than anywhere else on Earth, but I have yet to spot a bottle of Cholula anywhere on the island (other than the one I carry with me on my trips there).

I think the market is wide open Cholula...even if it is a relatively small population center. Might even improve your Japan sales, since the Japanese tourists pretty much take back anything they can't readily find in Japan (and even then if its cheaper).
