Who pushes the call button? After 35 years of flying 80 to 110 X per year, I have never pushed the button once. I would only push the call button in a emergency. Pushing the call button, in my opinion, would be like snapping your fingers towards someone.
Passenger has every right to push the call button. In business class, you're paying a premium for prompt and attentive service. It's all about the in-flight experience.
In basic or standard economy you can't expect much given that a low ticket price is paramount. You're paying a fraction of the business class ticket price for transportation to exactly the same destination. But business class passengers have a right to expect much more.
