My inclination is to use my Bonvoy AmEx at Bonvoy properties and my AP AmEx everywhere else unless I decide to go OW for international travel and WS for domestic travel which is currently on the table.

If you go with Bonvoy and find yourself needing AP.. 150k Bonvoy transfers to 60k AP.
