I still see them releasing 1 JFK-HND F on NH (it used to be 2 last year) every night at 8:00 PM. That JFK-HND F award for 120k (it used to be for 90k!) is among the best values you will get anywhere. It retails for $18k-28k!
Maybe don't generalize from your experiences with AI and if you were to scroll up a few posts I shared that in case of SQ, there has always been availability for intra Asia Eco, Biz on routes like CGK, DPS, KUL, BKK etc. that I have booked many times. No one is expecting SYD, LHR, JFK or other long-haul etc. in Biz or First though in Eco one could find some of those routes in the past. As others and I have experienced of late, the availability for such mentioned locations like DPS, CGK etc. in Eco or Biz is there in KF (Saver), in AC, in AS, UA, via LH, .... and even LM carrier specific search pulls it up, but when you try to book it and move past selecting the passengers, the famous error 2.1..... appears.

Is it scam? I wouldn't go that far, but a huge dose of incompetence and lack of caring definitely.
