That happens to all the programs at some point, every year. If you look at AeroPlan, it has been many months since anybody has seen any space on Etihad, Emirates, Oman and many other of its partners. And nobody knows when availability is going to show up again. Don't expect the LifeMiles agents to forecast partner award availability for you. They are low-level employees that only know the mechanics of booking available flights - nothing more.

If you are inclined to believe that LifeMiles is a scam, you will. I am neither trying to convince you otherwise, nor am I being an apologist for LifeMiles. I am just saying that others like me have a different take.
