×These terms govern Mr & Mrs Smith gift cards that are purchased via mrmrssmith.redeam.com, only. Mr & Mrs Smith Gift cards purchased via MrandmrsSmith.com are subject the terms and conditions found at https://www.mrandmrssmith.com/legal#giftcardloyalty. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms. Certain purchases (e.g., hotel stays) may have a minimum age requirement. Gift cards and e-gift cards are redeemable for stays at hotels and villas in the Mr & Mrs Smith collection when booking via Mr & Mrs Smith. Gift cards and e-gift cards are not redeemable directly with hotels and villas or in any way with hotels and villas that are not part of the Mr & Mrs Smith collection. Hotel and villa stays paid in whole or part with a gift card or e-gift card must comply with pre-payment and deposit policies noted at the point of booking. Gift cards and e-gift cards are redeemable only against accommodation costs. They may not be redeemed against incidental hotel costs or additional services. Where a refund is applicable for cancelled bookings, the amount paid with gift card will be refunded to the same method as purchase. Gift cards and e-gift cards can be used multiple times until the value associated with the unique code reaches zero. Gift Cards have a maximum value of $1,000 USD. You cannot buy any more than $10,000 USD of MMS Gift Cards within the same day. Card is issued in USD. Value of card will be converted into purchase currency for hotels and villas that are bookable at currencies other than USD (at Mr & Mrs Smith’s established exchange rate). Card is not returnable, refundable or redeemable for cash, and may not be resold or transferred for value, except to the extent required by law. Lost or misplaced cards may, at Hyatt’s sole discretion, be replaced subject to submission of proof of purchase, and the purchaser’s confirmation of the card's intended recipient. Card does not expire. Mr & Mrs Smith and related marks are trademarks of Smith Global Ltd. Cards transferred fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms, are subject to cancellation. Hyatt reserves the right to institute additional security and verification procedures at the time of card redemption for fraud prevention.

MMS Gift Card Promotion Ts and Cs

Earn Five (5) Base Points per Eligible dollar spent: World of Hyatt Members may earn five (5) Base Points per Eligible Dollar spent on the purchase of Mr & Mrs Smith Gift Cards from mrmrssmith.redeam.com from October 26, 2023 (9:00 a.m. CT) through March 31, 2024 (11:59 p.m. CT) (the “Promotion Period”). Mr & Mrs Smith gift cards purchased from another source do not qualify. You must be a member of World of Hyatt in good standing at time of purchase to qualify. All points awarded under this promotion are Base Points. Tier Qualifying Nights: Members will earn one (1) Tier-Qualifying Night for every $300 USD spent on qualifying purchases of Mr & Mrs Smith Gift Cards from mrmrssmith.redeam.com during the Promotion Period. Please allow two to three weeks after checkout for Base Points to be posted to your World of Hyatt account. Except as expressly stated, this promotion is not valid with other offers, promotions or discounts and is non-transferable.
