Once the CI office confirmed my seat assignment, an automated email from the CI office was sent to my email with the same PNR as that from the AF system. Go figure, perhaps there isn't a different one for CI since they both use Amadeus as the booking system. If you give CI your ticket n°, they can find it without issues.
Fits with my experience, I used the PNR from FB on the CI site without problems.
I had a ticket with both VN and CI segments and the CI site also provided me with the VN PNR without having to call anyone...
