Booked an award ticket PEK-TPE using FB miles issued thru AF, but as others mentioned, no way for online systems to select a seat. I tried the CZ website as mentioned above, but would have been charged for a seat selection.

Called the reservation office in Taipei, no waiting queue for an agent to pick up (speaking Chinese helps). Gave the ticket n° and she was able to assign the seat free of charge.
